great central spot for exploring avalon and nearby beaches
Our stay included an easy walk to beautiful Middle Beach and the vibrant Catalina Island Brew House, making each stroll a delight as we celebrated our anniversary with a bottle of Prosecco and enjoyed the evening firepit area to meet fellow travelers. however, we encountered a bit of trouble finding the elevator on check-in.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We explored the gorgeous beaches and enjoyed a delightful wine and cheese hour. The grounds were beautiful with comfy seating and a cozy fire pit. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with made-to-order options. Take advantage of the complimentary beach cruisers to explore more of the area!
We had a minor hitch with our room's A/C being too cold, and it took a bit to get it adjusted. It didn't ruin our stay, but a little more attention to that could've helped us relax.

Serene courtyard, Outdoor fire pit, Complimentary beach access
Some amenities could be upgraded, such as the aging room interiors!!! Billing inconsistencies also create unnecessary hassle—who wants to deal with that during vacation? Also, beware of the limited spa service options!!!

The tropical landscaping truly enhanced our stay, offering a peaceful escape. We particularly enjoyed the private sitting areas that allowed us to relax with a cup of coffee while others in our group slept comfortably.
The breakfast selection could use a bit more variety to elevate the start of each day.
